At Kadmiel Projects, we work in a collaborative way with our partners in health,social care and housing in order to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
The majority of our clients have been commissioned by London Boroughs of Havering and Barking & Dagenham. However, we accept clients from any part of the country.
OUR STAFF TEAM
Our strong, experienced and friendly staff team is led by the Director, who is supported by a Service manager, two senior support workers and a team of Support workers.
We ensure that our staff are qualified ranging from Level 2 – Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
We take staff training seriously and we make sure that our staff are specific trained to work with our tenant group using both internal and external resources.
Our support staff are given the responsibility to act as a Link worker for a specific tenant/tenants and work directly under the supervision of the manager.
