We have extensive experience of supporting people with: Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Needs, Epilepsy, Diabetes and Challenging Behaviour. We do this through our supported living services.

All of our staff are trained to have the skills required to support the individuals they work with to a level of excellence. The training we provide is as diverse as the people we support, and we endeavour to match the training delivered to the assessed needs of each person we support.

Our teams are led by managers who truly invest in their roles, and this is reflected in the levels of commitment and dedication of the staff teams. As an organisation we actively support our staff to become experts and enable them to provide training or mentorship to others, this ensures speciality knowledge and guidance is always available when needed.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

• Kadmiel Projects aim to provide high standards of care and support to our Service Users, in a warm and homely environment which positively aids the personal development of each individual.
• Kadmiel Projects Ltd nurture a unique culture, which is defined by the Tenants we support and out Staff Team.
• Stimulation and encouragement are vital aspects of our care. By actively encouraging everyone to participate in a variety of activities, often within the local community, we will ensure that they develop well, experience less frustration and are able to lead contented, fulfilling lives.
• Another key factor is the way relationships are built and nurtured with service users.
• We aim to work in accordance with current legislation with specific regards to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and other regulations as defined by the Care Quality Commission; Supporting People Frame work and The Care Act 2014.
• We help to ensure that the people we support live in accommodation where they are protected from danger and where they can develop skills for daily living activities and maintain their autonomy while living in a shared accommodation.
